We had a great time at this hotel . They had 2 nights on 6 hr notice. The staff was friendly and greeted us each time they saw us.
Huge clean room, friendly staff, plenty of places to get take out. Accommodating for my dog. But very noisy during the early morning hours. Not sure what was going on.
My room was very spacious, clean, all amenities worked as they should. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to good restaurants outside of the busy Charlottesville, VA area. I worked with Leon Polk to book several rooms and a large conference room at a great price. Thanks, Leon and your team for making our company business stay and meeting enjoyable.
Decent hotel for the area , rooms were decent and clean...ish . I will stay here again next time. Coffee bean coffee machine ....excellent
Leon was awesome! We used the hotel for a buisness meeting. He was super helpful and followed up with all our guest rooms and meeting spaces. The staff was attentive and welcoming! I can't thank Leon enough for everything. We will use this location again in the future. He even talked to us at checkout!!! Five stars all around
Wow, I'm very impressed with this Holiday INN Express hotel. Rooms are big, so when Hotels say hot breakfast, this hotel meant hot breakfast. Service was great, rooms and hotel area extremely clean. I met and spoke with the Manager(Leon) who accommodated for additional 4+ hrs after checking out as I was in between travels and didn't plan to stay here overnight. If there was a 10star rating, I would give it to this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
My stay here has been wonderful. The room is clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is easy to find. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay!
Holiday Inn Express and Suites was very accommodating!! We had our wedding a few weeks ago in Greene County and several of our family members stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites! Not only was the breakfast amazing , but the local restaurant next door was fantastic and easy to get to! Leo, whom handled the block of rooms reservations was super helpful during the whole process! The staff was very accommodating for our big group! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are driving through or if you are having a large event and need a place to stay for a groups of friends and family! Small and large parties will be handled with love and care!! Thank you for making our wedding weekend a great experience for our guests!
